The video was viewed over 700,000 times in its first 7 hours and got just under 3,000 comments in the same period. So, it's clear that Diddy isn't the only one loving the dance.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE after Rihanna busted his moves on the Grammy stage earlier this year, DJ Bongz predicted that the dance would become even bigger worldwide. He said that he was planning a tour and several dancing workshops in America this year to teach people overseas how to really get down.
"I am going to tour America a few times between now and June and I was asked to come hold a workshop and teach people the gwara gwara. After the Rihanna performance I got a lot of calls and I am excited by the opportunity," he said.
