Skeem Saam's MaNtuli's storyline has been tugging at the heartstrings of Mzansi because the struggles she faces as single mother hits so close to home.

MaNtuli (played by Dieketseng Mnisi) hasn't always been the favourite on Skeem Saam because of her narcissistic tendencies. However, with her son Zamokuhle aka Kwaito going through the absolute most, she's been at her most vulnerable.

It's been painful to watch.

Tweeps feel Mantuli needs to perform a ritual to appease the ancestors and cleanse her family of the bad luck.

They felt sorry for the single mother and the memes flooded Twitter timelines.
