Everyone knows that Springbok captain Siya Kolisi is as fit as they come. 

Well, to be the helm of the nation's rugby team he kinda has to be. 

So when he decided to try out a burpee challenge with using a broom, it's not surprising that he knocked it out the park. 

It was also entertaining to watch.
