After giving birth to her fourth child, Rushda Moosajee has been talking openly on social media about her post-partum journey.
The Real Housewives of Cape Town star shared her eight-week body transformation after a C-section birth.
In the post, Moosajee revealed that she had a C-section for all her children.
“Five days post-partum vs eight weeks post-partum with my fourth C-section ...” she wrote.
In another post, the reality TV star revealed she had been training throughout all her pregnancies and eased herself back into training after giving birth.
“I trained throughout all three previous pregnancies and this one was no exception. I followed a combo of my eating plans loosely after morning sickness. I started training three weeks post-partum. I started cardio in week five after (my) C-section.”

In another post, penning a heartfelt letter to her bundle of joy, Nuh Ebrahim, Moosajee said her motherhood journey was different this time around.
“As a family, together we overcame a scary time. But nothing lasts forever and with hardship comes ease. I’ve never met a featherweight fighter like you. I’ve never learnt parenting so new.
“Thank you for making your way into our lives, showing us all a new meaning of love and for completing us. You are loved by your brothers. My final child, my last born, Nuh Ebrahim I’ve loved you all my life. Dreams do come true.”
