Saint Champagne Bar & Lounge has responded to Mihlali Ndamase, who accused the venue of nonpayment for a three-day residency in August.

This after the beauty influencer and YouTuber took to Instagram stories to say the club, which has threatened to out those who owe it money, owed her money.

“I hosted Saint in August. I still haven't received payment. Kindly advise when I can expect my money, my angels?” she wrote.

The club shared a statement on its timeline refuting Mihlali's claims, saying it paid her R76,883,60 and that her management was to blame.

“All payments were made on time and to Mihlali’s management team, Everything Creative Agency. It is, however, noted on record that it was Mihlali’s management team that failed to pay her and not Saint Champagne Bar & Lounge."

Taking to Instagram recently, the YouTuber and beauty influencer spoke about an angry rant about non-payment that she had earlier posted, saying she was sorry fans had to see that side of her.

“Hey, my loves. So I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologise to you guys for what you were exposed to this morning,” she wrote.

“It’s very unfortunate that it had to get to that point, but once you’ve exhausted your options, what else can you resort to? Sincerest apologies. I’m sorry you guys had to see that side of me. Hopefully it will never come out again.”
