Actress Lupita Nyong’o has recently made it known that she's off the market and is romantically linked to late iconic musician Hugh Masekela's son, TV host Selema Masekela.

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever star and the TV host announced their relationship by going Instagram official with an adorable reel.

“We just click! @selema #thisismylove #nuffsaid,” 39-year-old Lupita captioned an Instagram reel of the new couple snapping in unison while their outfits changed to the tune of Iniko’s The King’s Affirmation (Chill Mix) featuring Reuel Williams.

The pair haven't shared details of when they linked up or when they started dating, however, Elle reports that Selema has been vocal about his crush on the actress.

“Hypothetically speaking of course...let’s say you’re seated behind Lupita Nyong’o on an airplane, what would be your opening line?” Masekela tweeted. “Anyone comes up with a good opener for me with Lupita Nyong’o, send em. Cause I’m really sittin’ right behind her on this flight. #stumped.”

He eventually retweeted the suggestion, “Say hello, wait for her to respond. Tell her [your] dad shouted her out at a performance & freestyle from there.”

Masekela responded, “Yes! Well played. I will use this one. #playthedadcard @Lupita_Nyongo.”

It looks like Selema shot his shot and secured his crush.

More than being Hugh's son, Selema is also an accomplished media and sports personality having presented shows, and done some acting and surfing.
