Dineo Ranaka's podcast is three episodes in, and she recently embraced criticism when a viewer told her she interrupts her guests.

On Thursday the media personality shared a screenshot of an interaction she had with a viewer who was giving her feedback on a recent episode. She accepted it with open arms, calling it constructive criticism.

''Dear @tshepiso_chere ... first, thank you for being a viewer of #dineoonsexnstuff you represent the sentiments of many in your say and feedback. I will improve with time and I believe your feedback is of great value. We can never become better if we are not told where we lack,” she wrote.

''To all my viewers, thank you for watching despite where I fall short. I hear your feedback and receive it well thank you for your grace.”

Dineo parted ways with Kaya 959 earlier this month.

Confirming the news, the station shared a statement with TshisaLIVE wishing the media personality.

“We continue to support Dineo on her mental health journey and hope that in future she may be in a position to speak about possible opportunities with Kaya 959, should her health allow. We wish her all the best,” said Kaya 959's MD Colleen Louw.

Dineo joined MacG's Podcast & Chill Network almost a year after joining the station and being off-air for nearly two months since revealing her mental health battles in late May.

Dineo shared a snippet video where she explained why she wanted to explore conversations surrounding sex and mental health.

“Obviously, you know, I've been making headlines for my mental health and this, that and the other. There's something very peculiar about my life during this dark season. My sex hormones are raging, hence I want to have these sorts of conversations.”
