Fashion takes to the high seas aboard Cunard's luxury cruise liner the Queen Mary 2 for the annual Transatlantic Fashion Week this September.
Cruise guests will embark on a fashion voyage that will include catwalk shows, fashion presentations, photography exhibitions, styling and fashion illustration workshops.
Fashion design students from the University of Westminster, London, will debut their Autumn/Winter 2018/19 collections on the runway on board the Queen Mary 2 and noteworthy speakers include Hal Rubenstein, editor of InStyle magazine, Jeremy Langmead, brand and content director of mrporter.com, and fashion historian Colin McDowell.
"Transatlantic Fashion Week continues to draw the most exceptional talents from the world of fashion. We are proud to build on the success of previous years, welcoming new designers and established names in the industry," said Angus Struthers, vice-president of Cunard Marketing.
• Transatlantic Fashion Week will take place from September 2 to 9 2018 aboard the Queen Mary 2 as it travels from Southampton to New York. For more information contact White Star Cruise and Travel, whitestar.co.za..
