Walking into the Kings Kraal kitchen, the heat from the grill smacks you like a wave. Flames dance in the corner as a chef grills lamb chops and prawns while the ox tongue, mogudo and dombolo are prepared in large silver pots. A symphony of clinking utensils and laughter amid the hustle, the occasional clang of pans and the chopping of vegetables creates a lively rhythm in chef Kelly Njokweni’s kitchen. ..
