Actress Linda Mtoba said she tries not to complain about the government but couldn't hold her frustration in any longer.

Taking to her Twitter timeline on Thursday, the actress listed things that bother her about the state of the country.

“Load-shedding, pot holes, parks badly or rather not maintained at all, roads not maintained, some have no markings. We all just driving.”

“And to add to my list, jaywalking. But this goes back to poor planning by government by having no walkways. If there is they're also badly maintained so people don't walk there but rather walk on the road,” she wrote.

In another post she shared how the situation was bad for her mental state.

“I'm at a point where I try to not complain about the government every day because surely this is bad for my mental wellbeing. But wow.”

President Cyril Ramaphosa and government were dragged in 2022 over “embarrassing” images of a road repair project in Delmas in Mpumalanga.

The president joined municipal workers busy with road repairs in Delmas as part of the Letsema service delivery campaign.

One SA Movement leader Mmusi Maimane slammed the ANC

“ANC, are you not embarrassed? This is very embarrassing,” said Maimane.

“For sure he is thinking ’I should have put my US dollars in a pothole’.

“We are now cutting ribbons for potholes. This is what happens when the money for maintaining roads has been looted. Only 41 out of 257 municipalities received clean audits. Our taxes are flowing into ANC pockets by any tender necessary.”
