Lasizwe Dambuza is still grieving his parents.

Taking to his Twitter timeline on Tuesday, he shared his sadness about being orphaned.

“Woke up with the biggest lump in my throat. That I am doing this life alone without any living parents. Yoh! What's killing me is I can't even pick up the phone and say 'I am calling my mom!',” he wrote.

Lasizwe's mother died in 2016 after being diagnosed with a heart problem.

In his mentions, his followers encouraged the influencer and Youtuber by sharing his pain.

“Being without your parents can be really hard, but you are not alone. Even if you can't pick up the phone and call them, there are still people in your life who care about and love you,” commented one.

I’m sorry Lasizwe. I know the feeling. Just know time does heal, keep her in your heart. She’s with you. When you pray, talk to her. Ask God to tell her everything you want to tell her. I do I cry as well. You’re allowed to,” added another.

Lasizwe and Khanyi Mbau's father Menzi Mcunu died in September 2020.

They had a tombstone unveiling for their father almost a year ago.

He told TshisaLIVE he chose to not share much about the event on social media because he was still grieving.

“I was quite emotional as this reminded me I no longer have parents on earth. To this day I struggle to deal [with] and process my parents' passing. This is one of [my] anxiety triggers,” he said.
