Media personality and actress Pearl Modiadie is tired of tripods at the gym.

She is considering a home gym because she can't workout properly.

Most people like keeping fit and enjoy gym and others love recording themselves. However, this is not everyone's cup of tea and Pearl has hinted new rules are needed.

Taking to her Twitter timeline, she blasted people recording.

“I need to set up a proper home gym because these tripods that people have set up at the gym are not it. Can’t even workout freely, always checking the camera isn’t pointing your way. New gym rules please,” she wrote.

Her post was met with mixed reaction in her mentions.

“I've been saying gyms should consider having designated areas for fitness influencers to record their workouts or take pictures. It's uncomfortable trying to workout next to someone who is recording,” replied one.

“Yea it’s better you set up your own gym sana because what if that’s someone’s job though? Let’s be respectful of other people’s grinds,” added another.

Echoing these sentiments are music producer and DJ Prince Kaybee, who says after having switched to working out at home he finds it hard to use public gyms.

''I’ve always thought there’s no need to be in a public gym if you can afford a home gym. I’ve been in public gyms but since my own I find it hard to go out but with the travelling you forced to go.''
