Stogie T has paid tribute to artists the industry has lostin recent years in a song titled Survivor's Guilt which he shared on his timeline.

The rapper references the death of Costa Titch, the assassination of AKA and Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane and Riky Rick's passing, asking the listener how they heard of the tragic reports about the rappers.

My little brother, was killed brother. Helped mold his career. I got guilt brother. Was all hip hop brother, maybe we wasn't even friends. Trying to be the mentor till the tragic end.

Nasty C also has a song dedicated to AKA.

The Eazy hitmaker's recent public performances have included his tribute to the late rapper, and his album launch was no different.

Nasty C performed his latest single RIP and AKA's Lemons (Lemonade), which was their last collaboration song together.

“I just miss him. When he was here, I didn't tell him as often as I should have told him how much he meant to me. I'm very lucky that we spoke a lot about it towards the end,” he told TshisaLIVE.

“There was a time when I was in LA and we were just on the phone, showing each other love and giving each other our flowers, so I wanted to just continue doing that. I'm not ready to just forget about him like that. He played a really huge role, not only in my life, but in a lot of South African lives, especially Muslims. I want to remember him for a little longer.”
