Lasizwe Dambuza is the winner of season 2 of The Perfect Picture and walks away with the R150,000 grand prize.

On Instagram, the Youtuber and reality star shared a clip from the show when the announcement was made and by his side were finalists actress Nomvelo Makhanya and Jonathan Boynton-Lee.

Nine celebs went head-to-head in a series of challenges to produce the perfect picture. Each week a panel of judges reviewed the pictures and eliminated one celeb.

"What? I did it. Dilo di changitse. I just won this reality show. #ThePerfectPictureSA. My heart, my sweat and tears. This one is for you mom. We did it. Oh my gosh," he wrote.

The show, which aired on e.tv on July 23, also featured celebs Gugu Khati, Luyanda Mzazi, Zahira Marthy, Ivan Roux, Anele ZondoTshego Koke and Christall Kay.

Speaking to TshisaLIVE  ahead of the show's debut, Lasizwe said The Perfect Picture was difficult territory to step into.

“I'm usually in front of the camera, I'm not behind the camera. I'm a videographer and Youtuber and pictures are more technical for me. People will get to see a different side. They will get to see the really evolved Lasizwe. I think people are so exposed to the child star Lasizwe and now I'm growing in front of you guys.

"I'm making my mistakes and you are realising it's not what we are used to knowing when I was fun and gullible. I'm getting serious now, I'm making serious decisions and how I navigate around the space. It is a competition so there's a little bit of strategy around it."
