WATCH | Man rams into biker in violent road rage incident

Police in Florida have arrested a man in connection with a violent road rage incident that was caught on camera.
The video shows the motorcyclist, Darin Hendrickson, changing lanes and driving alongside a grey Mazda in Sarasota on Sunday evening. At one point the motorcyclist gestures at the car and appears to hit the passenger side window.

The Mazda abruptly veers into the bike and rams Hendrickson off the road, knocking him off the bike and briefly dragging him. Hendrickson is then seen on foot running into the traffic lanes and pleading with motorists for help.
Hendrickson told ABC Action News that the driver of the Mazda brake-checked him. He also claimed the driver was throwing change at him.
The video soon went viral on social media and led to the arrest on Tuesday of Magdiel Medrano-Bonilla, 30.
Police found the vehicle stripped of its tag, all four doors and windows.

"Through text messages gathered on Medrano-Bonilla’s cell phone, detectives learned he was planning to destroy the vehicle to avoid criminal charges," the Sarasota County Sheriff's office said in a statement.
Medrano-Bonilla has been charged with aggravated battery, operating a vehicle without a license and tampering with evidence.
Hendrickson was also given two criminal citations for reckless driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports that Hendrickson has a history of traffic violations including speeding, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident without giving information, operating a motorcycle between lanes and failing to stop at a red light.
