The judicial conduct committee (JCC) has, by majority, dismissed a complaint against retired judges Willie Seriti and Hendrik Musi, related to their 2015 arms deal commission report. In its ruling, the JCC said the complaint related “solely” to the outcome of the commission of inquiry. ..
