VEGETABLE SOUP

Pair vegetable soups with Linton Park Red Rhino Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, R50. This medium-bodied red wine has a concentrated blackberry character; it's gentle tannin structure plays off the earthy tones of the vegetables.

HEARTY BEEF SOUP

Team hearty beef soups with Edgebaston The Pepper Pot 2016, R75. A medley of dark berry flavours combine with a hint of anise and vanilla in this dry red wine. It has a smooth palate with sufficient tannic structure, which will cut through the richness of the soup, making it a great choice for a hearty meal.

CHICKEN SOUP

Pair chicken soups with Cape Point Vineyards Noordhoek Sauvignon Blanc 2017, R135. Layered with a combination of Cape gooseberries, white grapefruit and a hint of fynbos, the rich and textured palate of this white wine is focused with a steely minerality and fresh and vibrant acidity.
