This FREE e-cookbook makes eating healthy cancer-fighting foods exciting

The Smart Choice Cookbook by the Cancer Association of SA (Cansa) focuses on healthful recipes, good cooking methods and ingredients that can positively influence cancer risk reduction.
We all know that a nutritious and wholesome lifestyle is what we should be leading, but the idea suggests dieting, deprivation and flavourless food.
So I was surprised to find a collection of recipes and flavours in the e-cookbook that are tempting and, dare I say, even bordering on exciting.
What's not to like about the trendy eats - think smoothies, a power green smoothie bowl, a colourful portable salad in a jar, wraps with different fillings and, for those hankering for something sweet, banana and cranberry oat cookies.
The recipes are the work of an expert, Cansa's consulting dietitian Megan Pentz-Kluyts.
The e-cookbook may be full of nutritious foods and ideas, but the best part is that it's available for FREE as a download from bwellfoods.co.za.
To date, more than 40,000 copies of the e-book have been downloaded - and that should be proof enough that you need to have it too...
