Madame Defarge of the 'revolution'

When she changed her profile picture on Twitter the other day, some of her fans claimed the doek she now sports in that picture makes her look like Winnie Madikizela-Mandela. But the truth is that her behaviour is making this mampara appear more like Ivanka Trump.

As the shutdown of roads and burning down of property caused fear among citizens in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng and elsewhere, this mampara was sending messages of encouragement to the looters via her Twitter account.

Not once did she leave the comfort of her luxurious home to join with the "masses" on the streets who were ostensibly protesting for the release of her father.

Hundreds, and even thousands, of people are now without jobs while she continues to tweet rebellion from the safety of her home.
