Bodies strewn on M1 south after crash involving cop car

The M1 south at Corlett Drive was closed after a number of people were killed in a multi-vehicle collision, also a involving a police vehicle, at Atholl Oaklands on Monday afternoon.

The M1 south at Corlett Drive was closed after a number of people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash which involved a police vehicle at Atholl Oaklands on Monday afternoon. 

Traffic was delayed on both sides of the high way as officials worked to recover bodies which were strewn on the road and onlookers travelling on the opposite road caused a traffic backlog as they slowed down to view the scene.
