It really irritates me that, in this day and age, there are still travel companies that refuse to display the full cost of a travel package in one amount.
Some of them advertise regularly in the Sunday Times Travel Weekly. This borders on dishonesty as these companies attempt to create the illusion that a package is cheaper than it really is.
Surely by now all would-be travellers have seen through this ploy and calculate the full cost - including taxes - before comparing prices with other offers.
I have contacted a number of travel companies requesting an explanation for this practice, no response! - Richard Of Knysna
