Makes: 6-8

Difficulty: Easy, 15 minutes plus extra for freezing

Ingredients:

Blackberries and sliced strawberries

2 litres (8 cups) diced seeded watermelon

30ml (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice

30-45ml (2-3 tbsp) sugar

30ml (2 tbsp) orange liqueur

60ml (1/4 cup) clear tequila

Method:

1) Place a few blackberries and sliced strawberries into 6-8 popsicle moulds.

2) Blend remaining ingredients in an electric mixer until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, pressing down to release all the liquid. Discard the solids. Skim off any foam and divide between the moulds.

3) Freeze for 1 hour, then insert lolly sticks and freeze until firm, about 24 hours.

4) Serve with black salt and fresh lime wedges.
