RECIPE: Mango, biltong and blue cheese braai salad

This salad is effortless and an unlikely combination of interesting flavours

Ingredients:
Serves: 4
6 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
150g blue cheese, crumbled
100g biltong, sliced
Olive oil
Method: 
1. Arrange mango slices on a platter, scatter the blue cheese and biltong over, drizzle with oil and serve topped with micro-greens (optional)...
