RECIPE: Mealie pot breads with curry butter & cheese
These mini pot breads make a wonderful alternative to biscuits on a cheeseboard

Serves: 6
Mealie pot breads:
500ml (2 cups) self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
1 x 340g can whole kernel corn, drained
250ml thick creamy plain yoghurt
15ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
30ml (2 tbsp) mild curry powder
15ml (1 tbsp) tomato paste
100ml water
250g butter, softened
To serve:
100g Boerenkaas or Gruyere Cheese
