You can learn how to bake your own Easter treats. Here's how

What's an Easter celebration without hot cross buns hot out of the oven with lots of butter?

The chefs at the Pick n Pay Good Food Studio are offering a hands-on class where you will learn how to master yeast dough baking and, taking it a step further, they will teach you how to enrich bread dough with milk, butter, eggs and sugar - and how to make and shape different loaves.
And with this know-how you will bake a trio of yummy bakes - traditional hot cross buns, babka, a Jewish sweet loaf redolent with spices and a crumble topping.
And finish off with a Russian Easter tradition of a yeast bun with a sweet cheese topping.
