One of Mzansi's young “it” couples Stephanie and Hungani Ndlovu got more intimate and personal with their followers this year through their YouTube channel.

The pair had more candid conversations covering a wide array of matters as a married couple and their fans had a front-row seat into their lives.

Here's five of the conversations that gave their fans insights into their love:

The topic of divorce might be an uncomfortable conversation to have, but one of Mzansi celebville's youngest married couples, Hungani and Stephanie Ndlovu, deemed it a topic that deserved their attention

The took to their YouTube channel The Ndlovu's Uncut to look at the legal aspects of divorce and how it would look like for them in the  hope viewers would gain knowledge.

Hungani and Stephanie Ndlovu talk marriage: 'It's not for the fainthearted'

The pair revealed marriage is not a walk in the park. Stephanie said though she didn't have any illusions about marriage when she tied the knot, she didn't expect it to be a lot of work.

Stephanie said after the first year of their marriage they thought they were done with the challenges only to find out it required more work.

Hungani's experiences were different. He said growing up all he saw is what his parents modelled for him which was “peace, lots of love and good times”.

Stephanie revealed they were expecting their first child but she miscarried at eight weeks.

She said the next step would be that she would have surgery to clean out her uterus, but “because there is Covid-19 and those risks involved, the gynaecologist recommended that I do the cleaning out at home using medication”.

She said her husband was traumatised by what he saw her go through two years ago.

“Personally I don't think the gynae did a substantial job in explaining the experience you would have with this medication because I think one would've opted for the surgery regardless of Covid-19,” said Hungani.

The married couple welcome their 'miracle baby'

The couple welcomed what they referred to as their “miracle baby”.

They couple confirmed the arrival of their bundle of joy on their YouTube channel

The couple revealed their pregnancy journey kicked off soon after they miscarried. They considered IVF only to abandon the process and trust in God's timing.

Set their sights on being an influential couple in the industry

The couple have their YouTube channel, The Ndlovus Uncut, that was part of the YouTube Black Voices Fund Class of 2022 list. They have a production company that has done some work on MTV, and have also done short films. 

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Hungani said they are grateful for the support their fans have given them throughout their journey, and they are using this as tool to leave a lasting impact on the industry.

“We want to impact the industry in a positive way and that comes in many shapes and forms. We find ourselves in a position where we have a YouTube channel that is successful, and we also have a big support structure from our subscribers and the people who follow us on social media.”
